The rehabilitation department at the Tripoli University Hospital in Libya, is undergoing a complete renovation to better meet the needs of patients and provide high-quality, exceptional services to a broad range of target sectors. The project includes a comprehensive space review and redesign to ensure the facility meets international standards, creating a modern, state-of-the-art therapeutic environment.

The updated rehabilitation department will feature a variety of specialized services designed to support different patient needs. These services include:

- Electrotherapy: Utilizing electrical energy for therapeutic purposes to relieve pain and promote healing.
- Hydrotherapy: The use of water-based treatments for physical rehabilitation and pain management.
- Pediatric Rehabilitation: Specialized care and rehabilitation services for children with developmental or physical disabilities.
- Thermal Therapy: The use of heat and cold treatments to improve circulation, reduce pain, and promote healing.
- Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation: Targeted rehabilitation programs designed to support patients recovering from spinal cord injuries.
- Sports Injury Rehabilitation: Tailored therapies and treatments for athletes and individuals recovering from sports-related injuries.
- Rehabilitation Gym: A dedicated space equipped with modern gym equipment to aid physical recovery and strength-building.
- Paralysis Rehabilitation: Specialized programs to assist patients with paralysis in regaining mobility and improving their quality of life.
- Aerosol Therapy: Inhalation therapies for respiratory conditions and pulmonary rehabilitation.

The entire rehabilitation department will cover an area of 1,300 square meters, ensuring that all these services are delivered in a spacious, comfortable, and modern setting, making it one of the most advanced rehabilitation facilities in the region. This renovation aims to enhance the patient experience, improve treatment outcomes, and meet the growing demand for specialized rehabilitation services.
